Confirm is an AI hiring platform for high-volume teams. We help employers hire faster with AI voice screening, interview scheduling and background checks, all in one place. Our customers are franchise groups, home care agencies and other employers that hire hundreds of people a year.

We are a small, founder-led team based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

What you'll do

• Run outbound prospecting to HR and operations leaders at SMB and franchise employers

• Open conversations by phone, email and LinkedIn, and book qualified demos

• Work directly with the founders on messaging, target lists and deal handoffs

• Learn the product well enough to explain voice screening and scheduling in plain terms

• Keep the CRM clean: every call, email and meeting logged the same day

• Share what you hear from prospects so we can improve the pitch and the product

What you need

• 1+ year in an outbound SDR or BDR role, or another customer-facing sales job

• Comfortable on the phone and at ease making cold calls every day

• Clear, concise writing for short prospecting emails

• Organized and coachable, with a habit of tracking your own numbers

• Based in Colorado, or willing to be in our Highlands Ranch office every week

Nice to have

• Sales experience in HR tech, staffing or payroll

• Familiarity with franchise or multi-location businesses

Pay and benefits

• Base salary of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, plus uncapped commission

• Health insurance

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, regular business hours (Mountain Time). Hybrid: at least one day a week in our Highlands Ranch office, the rest remote.
