Data Analyst

We're hiring a Data Analyst to turn our product and customer data into clear answers the whole company can act on. You'll own recurring reporting, dig into questions from sales, product and operations, and help leaders decide with numbers instead of guesses. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Denver, in the office three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards that track revenue, usage and customer health
• Write SQL to pull, clean and join data from our warehouse
• Analyze trends and explain what changed, why, and what to do about it
• Partner with product and sales leads to define metrics and answer ad hoc questions
• Present findings in plain language to non-technical teams

Requirements

• 2+ years in a data or business analyst role
• Strong SQL; comfortable with large, messy datasets
• Experience with a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
• Python or R for analysis is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience
